Consultation Terms & Conditions

SINGLE CONSULTATION AGREEMENT

This Consultation Agreement (“the Agreement”) is entered into by and between WRENSTED INTERIORS, LLC (“Designer”) and Client (“Owner”) with respect to Interior Design Consulting Services (“Consulting Services”) to be rendered by Designer for Owner at Owner’s residence. Designer and Owner agree as follows.

SCOPE OF DESIGN SERVICES

Designer shall meet with Owner at Owner’s residence or virtually to consult with Owner on interior design service needs. Owner understands that this is simply a consultation meeting and Designer will not be providing any physical furnishings as part of this Agreement.

DATE & TIME OF CONSULTATION

Designer and Owner shall mutually agree to a date and time, in writing (via email shall suffice) for the Consulting Services.

CONSULTING FEE

Owner shall pay Designer the entire consultation fee in advance. All fees described are jointly referred to as “Consulting Fees” herein.

Owner shall pay all Consulting Fees prior to appointment. Consulting Fees are refundable if the appointment is cancelled at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment start time and are subject to a cancellation fee.

CANCELLATION FEE

Cancelled appointments are subject to a $25 cancellation fee which will be deducted from the refund balance. This fee can be avoided by rescheduling the appointment to another date.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All drawings, renderings, plans, and any other design sketches and any material created by Designer related to this Agreement remain the property of Designer, and Designer retains all intellectual property rights to such material.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Designer shall not be liable or responsible for any advice, recommendations, or any other information provided to Owner during the Consulting Services. Designer’s liability in connection with this Agreement shall be limited to the amount paid to Designer by Owner.

GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
